Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Support sample order. 1000-5000 pcs for OEM order is acceptable.

Q: Can I have my logo on Cartridge/battery/disposable pen? What's the process?
A: Sure, we do support private labels on all products and packaging as well.
1) Send us your LOGO file in PDF or AI (Logo color is better less than 3 colors)
2) Tell us the detailed location of the product you wanna put the LOGO on
3) We'll make the mock-up for you to reference

Q: Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: Normally, the sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for formal orders, and details need to be confirmed based on each order.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 12-15 days to arrive.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1 in 10000. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new ones with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
