Turn on/off: Push the button 5 times quickly.
Once the device has been turned on:
Pre-heating: Push the button 2 times quickly to set upi10s pre-heating, Red/green/blue indicator lights will flash during pre-heatingPush the button time to quit.
Press and hold for inhale.
Inhale: The indicator light around the button will light on during inhaling.
Shift ranges: Push the button 3 times quickly to shift between 3 dfferent ranges:
Red: High 3,5v / Green: Medium 3.0v / Blue: Low 2.5v
Low voltage alert: if the voltage is low, the indicator light around the button will flash 10 times.
Over-draw protection: The indicator light around the button will flash 5 times when pushing the button and hold more than 8s.
Charging: Charge the battery through the USB type-C port. The Red indicator light beside the type-C port will constantly light on during charging, and turn off when fully charged.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design first based on our sample.
Q10: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new ones with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
