Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Support sample order. 1000-5000 pcs for OEM order is acceptable.
Q: How to proceed an order for products?
A:* 1). Kindly tell us to know which item, quantity, color, etc. you want to order.
* 2). Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you as per your order information.
* 3). Kindly check the PI. If everything is OK, we will delivery the goods ASAP after your payment.

Q:Can I have my logo on Cartridge/battery/disposable pen? What's the process?
A: Sure, we do support private lable on all products and packagings as well.
* 1). Send us your LOGO file in PDF or AI (Logo color is better less than 3 colors)

Q: Can I get a sample before order in bulk?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: Normally, sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for formal order, details need to be confirmed based on each order.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 12-15 days to arrive.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1 in 10000.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new ones with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
